How Our Mold Inspection Process Works

Preventing mold is important for various reasons, but the top reason is for the protection of your family. That is why if you feel you have a mold problem, it is important to call us in for an inspection. During the inspection, our certified mold inspectors take samples of several surfaces in the building, including supports, foundation, wall interior, and more. We also sample the outdoor environment around your home to determine what the natural habitat is like. Afterward, our samples and test data are sent to a trusted third-party laboratory for in-depth review.

The Advantages of Our Process

What makes our inspection process better than others is that we can do insurance claim administration, working directly with your property insurance company. This allows you to keep costs down by eliminating the middleman. It also means less stress for you!

As with all of our services, we use environmentally friendly processes, tools, and products to do our certified mold inspections. We use reliable, accurate, and proven third-party laboratories to do data testing.

We keep things transparent by walking you through the laboratory testing results, showing which species of mold are present, what their effects are, and how much is present in your home or building in comparison with the natural outdoor environment. Because we are certified as mold remediators in Illinois, we can give you options to remove the mold and rebuild/repair the structure as necessary to restore it to like-new condition.
